Is OsmAnd any good?

Osmand is worth getting. It's a free OpenStreet Map app, you get a number of free downloads of detailed maps to use offline (at some point need to start paying for new areas). Very good coverage of paths, etc. I've found it excellent for walking on holidays outside UK.

What is the difference between OsmAnd and OsmAnd+?

OsmAnd is the free version with just 3 or 5 cards available and OsmAnd+ is the full version where you can download every card and as much as you like.

How to navigate with OsmAnd?

Navigation on a track can be started using the quick action button in the track context menu (opened by selecting one of the highlighted tracks on the map, or by tapping a track file in the My Places section of the Main Menu) or from the navigation menu, which is opened by tapping: Navigation button on the map screen.
